I have extensive experience with determining user needs, designing solutions to meet those needs, and testing and measuring the effectiveness of those solutions. I completed Six Sigma process certification in 2001 while working for General Electric, and received certification as a Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute in 2014.

In 2020 I completed a Master of Science degree in User Experience design at Kent State University. Although I am trained and experienced in all aspects of user experience design, I am particularly interested in researching user needs, and ensuring solutions provide valuable usability.
