I was challenged to develop an idea for a new application, and then design it.  The idea I developed was an application that would help busy professionals track standard home maintenance needs, and also connect to reliable contractors who would be guaranteed to do quality work.

This idea solved a personal problem for me, so I provided many of the requirements. I also gathered input from people who are similarly challenged at staying on top of home maintenance.

I developed rough wireframes, which I used to gather feedback from potential users.  This led to a few refinements in the navigation and labeling. Then I created an interactive prototype, and posted it for additional potential users to test.
